You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
We accept returns for change of mind (such as wrong size, fit, or no longer wanted) as well as items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, provided they meet the conditions below:

Email us at info@laurenslabel.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. If approved, we will email you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not charge restocking or administration fees.
Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they enter processing, so please contact us as soon as possible at info@laurenslabel.com. Once processing has begun, the order can no longer be changed, but you may return it after delivery under this policy.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item following the steps above, then place a new order for the replacement once your return has been approved.
Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 7 business days and notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 3 to 5 days, depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
Some items ship from our international warehouse, which may result in longer transit times. If an item is already in transit, we cannot issue a refund until you have received the order and returned it to us.
